Privacy Policy.
Your documents never leave your device. We've built MyToolKitPro to be the most secure PDF ecosystem on the web.
01. Local File Processing
MyToolKitPro operates on a Client-Side architecture. Every conversion, merge, or compression happens directly in your browser's environment.
Documents are never uploaded to our servers.
No database storage exists for user-processed files.
Your sensitive data never leaves your physical device.
02. Personal Information
We do not know who you are, and we do not collect personal identifiers. MyToolKitPro does not require names, email addresses, or account registration. All utilities are accessible anonymously and free of charge.
03. Analytics & Cookies
What we track
Anonymous usage data via GA4 to refine the ecosystem. This includes browser type, device category, and general geographic region.
The Safety Guarantee
"Our analytics have zero visibility into your files. We track tool usage patterns, but we never see filenames, content, or metadata."
04. Data Persistence
Because MyToolKitPro does not utilize server-side storage, we have a strict "Zero-Retention" policy for all file-based data.
Temporary cache files are cleared immediately upon closing the browser tab.
No "recovery" or "history" of your processed documents is kept on our systems.
05. Third-Party Interaction
We utilize industry-standard analytics to refine our tools. While these partners help us improve, our privacy standards do not extend to external websites or third-party resources linked within our ecosystem.
Disabling browser cookies will stop analytics tracking but will not affect the performance of our local PDF utilities.
06. Control & Rights
Under standard data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA), you have the right to privacy. Since we do not collect personal data, your rights are protected by default:
You are not tracked as an identifiable individual.
No data is sold to third-party brokers or advertisers.
Questions about your data?
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our technical capabilities. If you have any concerns regarding our local processing architecture, please reach out.
